Clinical Practice Recommendations (CPR)
The purpose of the clinical practice recommendations is to assist practitioners in clinical decision-making, to standardize and improve the quality of patient care, and to promote cost-effective prescribing.

VA Handbooks
The Veterans Health Administration (VHA) handbooks establish uniform and consistent national policy and procedures. Assistive Technology Documentation Template
A generic AT documentation template has been developed based on the World Health Organization International classification of Function, Disability, & Health (ICF) as well as other common practices associated with AT.
