VA Assistive Technology Quick Links
This website functions as a single gateway for VA healthcare professionals to access multiple resources, including standardized documentation templates, guidelines, coverage policies, product reviews, outcomes management, and online educational services. Specific areas of AT intervention include:

- Electronic Aids to Daily Living/Environmental Control Units
- Augmentative & Alternative Communication
- Electronic Cognitive Devices
- Adapted Automotive Equipment
- Adapted Sports & Recreation Equipment
The purpose of the website is to interlink multiple resources into a single portal to eliminate the need for busy healthcare professionals to search for information in multiple locations.
The VAATech website is dynamic and open access where if you have any additional resources, templates, news stories, and/or events that you would like share, email them to Andi Saptono (andi.saptono@pitt.edu ) or Gede Pramana (gede.pramana@pitt.edu ).

To enhance the ability of Veterans and active duty service members with disabilities to fulfill life goals through the coordination and provision of appropriate assistive technology services.
AT Vision
To be a leader in assistive technology, providing state-of-the-art services by certified AT providers whose collaborative efforts maximally improve the quality of life of Veterans and active duty service members with disabilities.
Any updates or the posting of new information will be a joint effort between the VA and the University of Pittsburgh.
